| When June and Oscar Bauer opened their first salon in the Gateway shopping center in 1957, they had no idea that three generations of their children and grandchildren would join them in the family business. |

| Oscar and June met in 1948 at the Portland Beauty Academy in Portland. They owned and operated three salons in the Gateway shopping center, each larger than the prior, with the last having 5,400 square feet and 21 styling chairs. In 1994 June sold Mr. Oscars in the current location to their youngest son Warren and his wife Marie. |

| 55 years later June and Oscar's two children, Renee and Warren, as well as Warren's wife Marie and their daughter Jenna, are all working together at Mr. Oscars. |

| After the 1994 purchase and complete remodel Warren, Marie and the Mr. Oscar Hair Professionals continue the tradition of excellence that Oscar and June created from the start. Today Mr. Oscars is proud to be a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon exclusively specializing in Paul Mitchell hair products, color and professional styling tools. Warren's creed: ‘We do one thing and we do one thing right.’ Mr. Oscar's Hair Professionals keep up with the latest trends, techniques and technologies through constant education, training and traveling to hair shows. |

| Warren has been affiliated with John Paul Mitchell Systems for 23 years, 10 of which he worked for Paul Mitchell traveling nationwide as a National Haircut Trainer and Educator. Warren's sister Renee, also a National Educator for Paul Mitchell, specialized in long hair styling. Together as educators for Paul Mitchell, Warren and Renee became stage partners and performed approximately 35 platform presentations throughout the West Coast. |

| Along with her career as a hair professional at Mr. Oscars Jenna, the third generation, is following in her father Warren and Aunt Renee's footsteps and is currently in training to become a National Educator for Paul Mitchell. |
